Today’s Presenter: Fr. Nick Junker is the Vocation Director of the Diocese of Belleville and Sacramental Minister at Holy Trinity Parish in Fairview Heights, IL and St. Stephen Parish in Caseyville, IL. Fr. Nick is very active in retreat ministry and has served as a Spiritual Director on Luke 18, Quest, Teens Encounter Christ (TEC), Harvest, Awakenings, and Cursillo weekends.

The daily basics will set you up for a good retreat. If you want to up the intensity, here are some choices:
- Add a second 30-minute meditation period.
- Take an incredible journey with Arvo Pärt’s Te Deum (headphones recommended)
- Read the sixth chapter of the Gospel of John.
- Pray the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary… maybe on a walk?
- Do something creative: write a poem, some music, draw or paint, whatever your thing would be. Make it a prayer.
